Founder of VenCrew, LLC, helping small businesses owners improve their business, prepare to exit and leave a legacy!
As a business owner numerous times over, Tony initially worked to become an expert in healthcare, but quickly learned that “Business is a Voyage” and a voyage is always uncertain. That voyage usually starts off as an idea that quickly develops into a business and eventually merges into becoming a cornerstone of an individual’s life. This has sparked a new passion of helping others traveling along the entrepreneurial journey.
Before starting VenCrew, Tony was EVP – Chief Strategy Officer at Briotix Health, LP. Prior to this role, he was the CEO/founder of InSite Health (acquired by USPh / Briotix Health NYSE: USPH) leading the merger of both organizations to become the largest Industrial Sports Medicine group in the country.
Before InSite Health, Tony founded and led the Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine and Corporate Wellness Services for Blount Orthopaedic in Milwaukee, WI championing it's acquisition by ATI Physical Therapy (NYSE: ATIP) in 2007.
Prior to this, and throughout much of his early career, Tony maintained a strong clinical practice specializing in traditional sports medicine, the rehabilitation of the shoulder, Industrial Sports Medicine, Preventative Medicine and ergonomics in outpatient health centers, industrial settings, professional, Olympic and college sports.
Tony has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Studies and Healthcare Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor’s of Science Kinesiology – University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
